EffPha's Clinical Operation team is led by a senior director with 20+ years of clinical experience. And all of our clinical PM and CRAs have been well GCP trained. Together, they have experience in a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, rheumatology, cardiovascular, psychiatry, hematology, immunology, dermatology, orthopedics, vaccine, and medical devices.
Our team establishes a tight cooperative relationship and network across the large-scale clinical trial centers in Northern, Southern, and Central Taiwan, which equips us with superior capacities to work with Taiwanese sites and investigators. 

EffPha's Scientific Evaluation team is composed of highly-educated and highly-trained Ph.D.s who not only have their own expertise in specific fields of science, such as biology, toxicology and pharmacology, but also are familiar with drug development process and regulatory guidelines, especially that of the US and Taiwan. Therefore, EffPha team is able to bridge the gap between Taiwan and the US regulatory requirements.
Our team has great ability to liaise with a network among of our Scientific Directors and external experts. We collect valuable references, experts' inputs and provide clients with the best and integrated solutions for their drug development projects.

EffPha's Biostatistics and Data Management team consists of experienced biostatisticians, statistical programmers, and clinical data scientists. Our Biostatistics team is skilled in statistical designs and methods and statistical programming for statistical outputs with excellent quality control. Our Biostatistics team works closely with our Scientific Directors together to generate statistical designs, analysis plans and reports. We act as a key contact with our clients for explaining statistical concepts and providing statistical advice for statistical issues.
Our Data Management team is proficient in utilizing advanced data management systems to provide optimal end-to-end data management solutions including electronic data capture (EDC) for clinical trials to our clients. We ensure data is accurately captured and maintained throughout the clinical study. They are also collaborating closely with other internal functional teams to ensure seamless data flow that leads to achieving the overall quality of study outcomes.
